No, The Newborn Sleep Survival Guide is not sleep training. Did you know that your newborn is not developmentally able to self-soothe until at least 16 weeks old? Before then, they need to rely completely on you to help them soothe. This guide helps you lay a healthy sleep foundation from the beginning while always soothing your little one, so that you may not need to sleep train later on.
