STEP 1: WE GET TO KNOW YOU
You’ll fill out our in-depth family questionnaire and sleep log so we can see exactly what’s going on. Then you’ll send us a virtual tour of your child's sleep environment so we can set things up for success.

STEP 2: WE BUILD YOUR CUSTOM SLEEP PLAN
We’ll create a tailored sleep training plan and schedule for your child (ages 4 months–7 years) and walk you through it so you know exactly what to do and when.

STEP 3: WE'RE WITH YOU EVERY DAY
We spend 14 days sleep training with you, supporting you via real-time messaging (including bedtime + nap support).

STEP 4: WE CHECK IN AND KEEP YOU ON TRACK
We’ll hop on 4 mid-plan calls throughout our time together to troubleshoot, answer your questions, and celebrate the wins - big and little.

STEP 5: WE WRAP UP AND KEEP YOU CONFIDENT
We’ll end with a graduation call so you know exactly how to maintain your child’s sleep moving forward. You’ll also have forever access to our private sleep community with live monthly calls for ongoing support.
